User Terms and Conditions
Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using the Just-Dial service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 0870, 0871, 0844, 0845, and relevant 0905 rates.
Calls are charged from time of connection to the Just-Dial service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number.
Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated. BT applys a 10.9 pence (inc VAT) Call Setup Fee to each call.
For Topup2Talk JustDial Card, Text to 80550 costs £5 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider. Text to 80041 costs £3 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider. Our service can be used from the mobile number used for the subscription to our service or from another phone using a PIN. Calls to our 0207 access number will be charged by your service provider at their standard rate or included in your call package. If you don't use our service to make a call or send a top up request within 90 days any unused Calling Credit will expire.
